Bladnoch Alinta is a Lowland single malt made from a sweet, smoky, peated spirit. It was matured in a combination of PX sherry and ex-bourbon casks. Alinta is an Indigenous Australian word, used across several Southeast Australian language groups, meaning fire and flames. The name points to the campfire embers character of the whisky, and the expression stands apart from anything Bladnoch had released before.

About Glenbotal

The idea of Glenbotal came to us naturally: as whisky lovers, we were always on the lookout for new experiences in the whisky world. That’s why we created Glenbotal and became our very own first customers. We buy unique and hard to find spirits from ballots and private collections. Then, we share them with a small circle of friends and people who can appreciate a good dram.
