Bladnoch – Liora Lowland Single Malt Scotch Whisky (52.2%)

Bladnoch Liora is a Lowland single malt bottled at the distillery's Distiller's Strength of 52.2% ABV. It combines Bourbon cask maturation, which brings sweetness, with New Oak, which adds intensity and spice. The result is a fuller, more powerful take on Bladnoch's elegant house character, with orchard fruit, toasted caramel, floral notes, warming spice and fresh oak. The nose is fresh-cut apples with toasted caramel and delicate florals. On the palate come caramelised toffee apples with peppery spice and fresh oak. The finish is long and warming, with lingering sweetness, oak spice and a gently drying edge.
