Bladnoch – Vinaya (75cl)

Bladnoch Vinaya is a single malt from Bladnoch, Scotland's most southerly distillery, in Dumfries & Galloway. It carries no age statement and is matured in a combination of bourbon and sherry casks. The name comes from a Pali word meaning discipline or conduct, a reference to the careful approach to production at the revived distillery, which is now under Australian ownership. The bourbon and sherry casks give a fruit-forward profile, in keeping with Bladnoch's Lowland character.
