Blair Athol 14 Year Old is a single malt Scotch whisky bottled by Thompson Bros. It was distilled on 20 March 2010 and bottled in April 2024 at a natural strength of 51.1%.
The whisky matured in a first fill barrel, and the bottling is limited to 274 bottles.
The nose offers honey, spring meadows and Seville oranges, with toasted wood, brown sugar and candyfloss, while a little water brings out Bounty bar. The palate is soft and enveloping, with caramel flapjack, apple pie and birch sap. The finish is long, with gentle spice and a touch of coconut.
