An 18-year-old single cask Highland single malt from Blair Athol, bottled by James Eadie at a cask strength of 56.8%. It was distilled in 2007 and finished for 61 months in a refill Oloroso sherry hogshead of European oak. Only 297 bottles were filled, without chill filtration or added colouring.
The whisky is a deep mahogany. The nose is dense with dried fruit and fine nutty notes. On the palate, dark chocolate, spiced fruit malt and a restrained nuttiness lead.
