Blair Athol – 1988-2018 29 Years Daily Dram (70cl, 50.8%)

This is an independent bottling of Blair Athol single malt, distilled in 1988 and bottled in 2018 at 29 years old and 50.8% strength, in a 70cl bottle. Blair Athol is a component of Bell's blended whisky, but it is also released as a single malt. The nose is elegant and fruity, with a touch of wax polish. The palate follows it, with hints of grain, oak and a light spiciness. The finish is medium in length and fresh.
