Blair Athol – 2006 Elixir Distillers 18 Years Old PX Sherry Hogshead (70cl, 47.6%)

This is a Blair Athol single malt from the 2006 vintage of 2 August 2006, bottled on 24 April 2025 at 18 years old. Elixir Distillers released it in its Single Malts of Scotland range. The whisky matured in a PX sherry hogshead, cask 40246, and was bottled at 47.6% ABV in a 70cl bottle. The outturn was 270 bottles. Blair Athol is a distillery in Pitlochry, Perthshire. It was founded in 1798 as Aldour Distillery by John Stewart and Robert Robertson.
