Blair Athol 2007/2025 is a Highland single malt from Signatory Vintage's 100 Proof Edition, Exceptional Cask series, bottled at 57.1% in a 70cl bottle. It was distilled in 2007 and bottled in 2025, after more than 17 years in sherry butts first filled with Oloroso.
The sherry butts underline the full-bodied character of the malt, described as spicy and nutty with strong sherry notes. It is non-chill-filtered and of natural colour.
