A single cask Highland single malt from Blair Athol, distilled in 2008 and bottled in 2021 at 12 years old by Douglas Laing as part of its Old Particular range. It comes from a refill hogshead that gave 344 bottles at 48.4%, the strength Old Particular prefers, in a 70cl bottle. It has no added colouring and is not chill filtered.
Blair Athol is more often found in sherry casks, so a refill hogshead shows the distillery's spirit in a different setting.
