A single cask Highland malt from Blair Athol, distilled in 2011 and bottled in 2023 at 11 years old, in a 70cl bottle. Brave New Spirits released it at full cask strength in their Cask Noir range, under the subtitle Ivy in Tennessee.
It was finished in cask 302118, a first fill bourbon hogshead, which gave 284 bottles at 56.7%. It was bottled without colouring or chill filtration. Blair Athol is more commonly matured in sherry, so a bourbon cask is a change from the usual.
