A single cask Blair Athol, distilled in 2011 and bottled in 2024 at 13 years old by Adelphi Distillers as part of its Adelphi Selection series. This Highland single malt comes from cask 3053328. The cask was a first fill bourbon barrel, which yielded 255 bottles. The whisky is non-chill-filtered and of natural colour, bottled at a cask strength of 56.6% in a 70cl bottle. Official Blair Athol bottlings are uncommon and generally heavily sherried, which makes a bourbon cask a different take.
