A Blair Athol single malt of 8 years, distilled on 24 April 2011 and bottled on 15 February 2020. It was matured in a single bourbon hogshead and yielded 302 bottles, released in The Single Cask series.
The nose is lively and robust, with limestone, grapefruit and floral notes, then lime, oak and white pepper. The palate is full-bodied, with grapefruit, pear, oak and malt, alongside pine, lime, white wine, honey and pepper. The finish runs medium to long, with more citrus and a fine woody spice.
