This is an 8 year old Blair Athol single malt, distilled in 2016 and bottled in 2024 at 48% in a 70cl bottle. It is a small batch drawn from two sherry casks.
Blair Athol stands in Pitlochry. It was founded in 1798 as Aldour by John Stewart and Robert Robertson and renamed in 1825.
The whisky is floral, fruity and autumnal, and ginger runs through the nose, palate and finish.
