This is a 34 year old blended malt Scotch whisky from Ferg & Harris, made by combining two single malts. It was distilled on 6 July 1988 and matured for a long period in a sherry cask. It is bottled at 46.2% ABV in a 70cl bottle, with an outturn of 310 bottles, and has a deep gold colour.
On the nose there is vanilla fudge, orchard apples and honeycomb, with a hint of Jaffa Cake. Buttercream, milk chocolate and marmalade follow, and the finish is slow, ending on a lingering creamy note.
