This is a 14 year old Glencadam single malt from Blind Summit, bottled at 53.6% ABV. It was matured entirely in ex-bourbon casks, which bring a little extra depth to the distillery's orchard fruit character.
The nose opens with fresh pear, honeysuckle and white grape, with vanilla cream, toasted oats and a touch of almond beneath. Gentle honeycomb and soft spice build with time in the glass.
