This is a single cask Glencadam from the 2005 vintage, a Highland single malt bottled at 57.5% ABV in a 70cl bottle.
Glencadam started production in Brechin in 1825. Its East Highlands malt is made from unpeated malted barley in two original copper pot stills. The lyne arms of these stills rise at an angle of 15 degrees rather than sloping downwards, a design said to produce a particularly soft and delicate spirit.
