Glencadam – 1989 Single Cask #2331 (70cl, 55%)

This is a 1989 single cask Glencadam from the Highlands, cask number 2331, bottled at 55% ABV in a 70cl bottle. It is an original bottling from the distillery. Glencadam has been making whisky in Brechin since 1825, using unpeated malted barley and two original copper pot stills. Their lyne arms rise at 15 degrees instead of sloping down, which gives a particularly soft and delicate spirit. The whisky is neither coloured nor chill-filtered.
