This is Jerry's Batch 2025-03 from Booker's, a small batch Kentucky straight bourbon bottled uncut and unfiltered. It was aged for 7 years, 9 months and 19 days and bottled at 62.9% ABV, or 125.8 proof, in a 75cl bottle.
The nose offers caramel, toasted oak, vanilla, roasted peanuts and warm baking spice. The palate is full-bodied and powerful, with brown sugar, deep caramel, vanilla cream, oak char, roasted nuts and bold spice. The finish is long, warming and intense, with barrel char and sweet oak.
