This is an 11 year old Bowmore from Islay, bottled by Morrison Scotch Whisky Distillers as part of their Carn Mor single malt range. It was distilled in 2015, matured in a sherry butt and bottled in 2026 at 51.2% ABV, in a 70cl bottle.
Only 618 bottles were filled, and the whisky is non-chill filtered with no added colour.
The tasting notes describe herbaceous peat smoke with hints of tropical fruit, followed by a lingering finish.
