This is a 15 year old single malt from Bowmore, matured in a combination of European oak Oloroso sherry casks and American oak ex-Bourbon casks.
The whisky is then finished in European oak casks seasoned with Oloroso sherry. The result is described as deep and enigmatic, balancing a sweet side with a gently spicy one.
