Bowmore 15 Year Old Sherry Oak is a single malt from Islay, matured for 15 years in European oak oloroso sherry casks and American oak ex-bourbon barrels.
It is then finished in European oak casks seasoned with oloroso sherry.
The nose brings dark chocolate, dried fruit and baking spice, with a subtle hint of smoke. On the palate come liquorice, clove, toffee and Turkish delight.
