An 18 year old Bowmore single malt from Islay, bottled at 43% ABV. The spirit was matured for eighteen years in a combination of ex-bourbon and Oloroso sherry casks, then all finished in a Pedro Ximenez cask.
The finish has added extra depth and sweetness. The whisky shows layers of soft fruit, spice, chocolate and a subtle smokiness.
