An 18-year-old Islay single malt from Bowmore, bottled at 43% ABV in a 70cl bottle. It was matured in Oloso sherry casks, with sweeter Pedro Ximénez casks added to the mix. The nose is of dark chocolate, molasses toffee and date oil. On the palate, bittersweet orange peel meets coffee roasted over peat smoke. The finish brings velvety mocha and creamy macadamia nut chocolate.
