This is Bowmore 18 Years Old in the Aston Martin edition, bottled at 43% in a 70cl bottle. The Aston Martin DB Mk III was the inspiration for it. The single malt was matured in Oloroso and Pedro Ximénez casks, and the edition pairs the car's attention to detail with the complexity of the whisky. The nose is rich dark chocolate, treacle toffee and date oil. The palate brings bittersweet orange peel and peaty, smoky roasted coffee. The finish is ripe and well balanced.
