Sherry cask
A single malt Scotch whisky from Bowmore on Islay, distilled in 1997 and bottled in 2021 by the independent bottler Samaroli. It was matured in a single sherry cask, number 54, which yielded 532 numbered bottles. Samaroli selected the cask, and the release pairs the richness of sherry maturation with the coastal smokiness Bowmore is known for, balancing maritime power with a delicate finish.

About Glenbotal

The idea of Glenbotal came to us naturally: as whisky lovers, we were always on the lookout for new experiences in the whisky world. That’s why we created Glenbotal and became our very own first customers. We buy unique and hard to find spirits from ballots and private collections. Then, we share them with a small circle of friends and people who can appreciate a good dram.
