This is a 21 year old Bowmore single malt in a 75cl bottle, the fourth and final release in the Bowmore Aston Martin Masters' Selection. It was bottled at 51.4% ABV.
The whisky was matured in ex-Tawny Port American oak casks and sherry butts, bringing together Tawny Port and Oloroso sherry influences.
The nose is nutty and sweet. On the palate it turns rich and spicy, building in flavour and intensity as it goes.
