A 21-year-old Islay single malt from Bowmore, matured in a combination of ex-bourbon and Oloroso sherry casks and then finished in first-fill Pedro Ximenez. It is bottled at 46.8% in a 70cl bottle.
The sherry influence adds depth and layered sweetness, while the peat is measured: the smoke is medium in intensity, an accent rather than the lead. The World Whiskies Awards named this expression World's Best Single Malt in 2026.
Red berry and beeswax notes mix with hints of tobacco and a gentle maritime warmth.
