Bowmore 21 Years Old Sherry Oak Casks is an Islay single malt bottled at 46.8% ABV. It belongs to the Sherry Oak series Bowmore introduced at the end of 2024.
The whisky was matured in bourbon and oloroso sherry casks, then finished in first-fill Pedro Ximénez sherry casks. It has an intense, layered character in which sherry and smoke sit together.
Bowmore suggests pairing it with chocolate cremeux, cherry, pecan and hazelnut.
