Bowmore 22 Year Old is Edition 3 of the Aston Martin 2023 Masters Selection, a collaboration between Bowmore and Aston Martin. It is an Islay single malt bottled at 51% ABV, without chill-filtration or added colour.
The whisky matured for 22 years in a combination of European oak Oloroso casks and American oak hogsheads.
It is described as combining ripe fruit, creamy sweetness, spicy oak, fine peat smoke and maritime saltiness.
