A limited release Islay single malt from Bowmore, distilled in 1989 and bottled in August 2013 after 23 years in cask. It matured entirely in ex-port casks and is bottled at a cask strength of 50.8% ABV. Worldwide, 12,000 bottles were filled.
The character combines Bowmore's peat smoke with intense dark fruit, spicy cask notes and the sweetness of port.
