Bowmore 25 Year Old is an Islay single malt in a 70cl bottle at 43% ABV. It was matured in American bourbon and Spanish sherry casks, combining the distillery's coastal peat with the influence of the oak.
On the nose there are dark fruits and smoky minerality. The palate brings cocoa, toasted nuts and gentle peat smoke, and the finish carries oak, mocha and a little prune.
