This is a 25 year old single malt from Bowmore, matured for a quarter of a century in North American bourbon casks and Spanish sherry casks.
The nose is intense sherry and stewed fruits with a trace of Bowmore smokiness. On the palate there are toffee and hazelnut with a hint of sweet peat smoke. The finish is mellow, gentle and complex.
