This is a 27-year-old Bowmore single malt from the Timeless Series, a 2020 release bottled at 52.7% in a 70cl bottle. It was matured in a combination of sherry and bourbon casks, together with first-fill oloroso sherry butts.
The nose offers stewed plums, raisins, sultanas, toffee and liquorice. On the palate come Montecristo cigars, roasted coffee beans, chestnut, honey, beeswax and dark chocolate.
