Bowmore 29 Year Old – Timeless Series (53.7%)

Bowmore 29 Year Old is an Islay single malt from the Timeless Series, bottled at a cask strength of 53.7% ABV. The edition is limited to 3,000 bottles worldwide. The whisky matured for 29 years in Bowmore's No. 1 Vaults, a warehouse beside Loch Indaal that lies partly below sea level. The distillery was founded in 1779 by David Simson on the shore of the loch. It is described as joining maritime Islay smoke with ripe fruit, oak and dark chocolate.
