This Bowmore single malt was distilled in 1989 and bottled in 2021 at 45.1%, after 30 years in a combination of sherry hogsheads and bourbon barrels. It comes in a 70cl bottle.
The whisky was matured in the Bowmore No. 1 Vaults and is selected from just two casks each year. The outturn is 2976 bottles and sets.
It is described as rich and fruity, tropical and sweet with butterscotch, rounded by the subtle peat smoke of Bowmore.
