This is a seven-year-old Bowmore from Islay, bottled by the independent bottler Living Souls. It is the second batch of the series and was matured in second-fill bourbon barrels. It is bottled at 55% in a 70cl bottle.
The bottling is described as opening with a maritime character, like a walk along an Islay beach.
On the palate it shows citrus and vanilla, salted caramel and honey, with campfire smoke running underneath throughout.
