Bowmore – Aston Martin 10 Year Old

This is a 10 year old Islay single malt from Bowmore, bottled in conjunction with the car maker Aston Martin. Bowmore is the oldest distillery on Islay and still runs its own floor maltings. They no longer cover the whole of the distillery's needs, but they supply a third of the malt in every mash. The distillery also has a heat recovery system, which warms the town swimming pool.
