Bowmore XOP 25 Years is an Islay single malt distilled in 1996 and bottled in March 2022 at 51% in a 70cl bottle. It was bottled for Douglas Laing's Xtra Old Particular range as a limited release.
The whisky matured for 25 years in a refill hogshead. Peated barley, damp earthy sweetness and charred oak come through on the palate.
