Braeval 10 Year Old is a Speyside single malt given a finish in Oloroso sherry casks for the Osprey range from Murray McDavid. It is bottled at 46% in a 70cl bottle, without chill-filtering or added colour.
The whisky matured for ten years before the sherry finish. Murray McDavid is an independent bottler.
The nose shows cocoa, stewed fruit and walnut. On the palate, date and raisin join allspice, soft malt and chocolate, and the finish keeps dried fruit and nutty oak.
