This is a 14-year-old Highland single malt from Teaninich, released by Brave New Spirits in its Cask Masters collection. It is bottled at 51.2% in a 70cl bottle, and only 305 bottles were filled.
The whisky spent its final months in a 1st-fill oloroso sherry barrique, which adds dried fruit and spice.
Candied ginger and grapefruit on the nose lead to walnut cake, soft leather and butterscotch, ending in a warm, lingering finish.
