Mask of Death II is a 10 year old Speyside single malt from Dailuaine Distillery, released by Brave New Spirits as part of Batch #2 of its Whisky of Voodoo series.
It was matured in Bourbon barrels and bottled at 55% ABV in a 70cl bottle.
The nose brings candied almonds, dried flowers, rosewater, honey and creamy vanilla. On the palate there is sweet orchard fruit and honeyed malt with almonds, vanilla, floral notes and warming spice. The finish is long and warming, with honey, toasted almond and vanilla.
