This is a Dailuaine 16 Year Old, a single malt Scotch whisky from the Flora and Fauna range, bottled at 43% abv.
Gold in colour, it has a nose of cake and grasses, with mown lawn and roasted walnuts. The palate is malty and grassy, with notes of chicory and coffee that grow as it develops. The finish is medium in length but fuller in body, and very malty.
