Breckenridge PX Cask Finish

Breckenridge PX Cask Finish is a bourbon whiskey from Breckenridge Distillery, finished in retired Pedro Ximenez barrels. These came from a solera hundreds of years old in Andalusia, Spain, where the grape's raisins make a thick, syrupy dessert wine. The distillery filled the barrels with its rich and spicy bourbon. The result is described as layers of fig compote, orange marmalade and licorice, alongside the sweet oak and vanilla of the bourbon itself.
