Brecon Rose Petal Gin (70cl, 37.5%)

Brecon Rose Petal Gin is a flavoured Welsh gin made by Penderyn Distillery and bottled at 37.5% vol. It starts with mineral water from the Brecon Beacons National Park. Hand-selected botanicals and natural rose essence are infused and the spirit is distilled slowly in a traditional copper pot still. On the nose there are fresh roses, a little citrus and creamy vanilla. The palate is smooth and lightly sweet, with rose at the centre, subtle juniper and a touch of spice. It finishes lightly, with rose and orange blossom fading gently.
