Brenne – Ten 10 Years French Single Malt Whisky

Brenne Ten is a 10-year-old French single malt, made from organic barley grown in Cognac. It is released each year in a small quantity of 300 cases. The spirit is distilled twice in Charente stills and matured in four hand-picked casks, using only French Limousin oak and Cognac casks. It is reduced with water from the River Charente. The colour is pale amber. The nose is warming, with vanilla caramel, sandalwood and floral notes. The palate is silky and soft, with candied orange peel and milk chocolate, and the finish is creamy with lingering spice.
