Brezza Langhe Nebbiolo DOC

A Langhe Nebbiolo made from Nebbiolo grapes grown in the commune of Barolo. Fermentation with maceration lasts from 6 to 10 days, followed by malolactic fermentation. The wine ages exclusively in steel and is bottled in spring. In the glass it shows floral aromas of rose and violet, with delicate citrus notes of orange peel. The sip is fresh, harmonious and pleasant, with balanced structure and tannins that are present but well integrated. It suits lighter summer menus and fish dishes, and is best enjoyed relatively young.
