A 2024 Chardonnay from the Langhe, with an elegant and immediate profile. The nose shows golden apple, ripe pear and a hint of white flowers, supported by a fresh citrus note.
The palate is medium-bodied and well balanced between freshness and softness, with a savoury texture that lengthens the drink without weighing it down. Clean fruit and discreet minerality support the progression, ending in a pleasant finish.
It works as an aperitif and with delicate seafood, creamy risottos and fresh cheeses; serve around 10-12°C.
