Bruichladdich – 10 Year Old (1990s) (70cl, 46%)

This is a 10 year old Bruichladdich single malt from Islay, bottled at 46% in a 70cl bottle. The distillery sits on the Rhinns of Islay, on the island's western side, and is known as a smoother Islay whisky, set against the smoky, peaty style the island is better known for. The nose offers citrus, cereal, honey, forest berries and black pepper. On the palate come chilli, forest berries, citrus, honey and malt, and the finish is medium to long, with oak, berries and chilli.
