This is a 20-year-old single cask Islay single malt from Bruichladdich, bottled under the Rest & Be Thankful label of Fox Fitzgerald. It was distilled in July 2002, matured in a wine hogshead and bottled in August 2022 at cask strength, 52.2%. The outturn is 231 bottles from cask 531. Bruichladdich is an unpeated style. This bottling is non-chill-filtered and has no added colour. Rest & Be Thankful was founded by Eamon Jones and Aidan Smith, who released their first single casks in 2012.
