This is Greener Still, the third and final release in Bruichladdich's 25th Anniversary series. It is distilled from a combination of Bere, Biodynamic and Organic barley, and was matured for all of its 15 years in first-fill bourbon barrels at the distillery on Islay. It is bottled at 51.6% abv.
The nose is soft and floral. The palate brings ripe orchard fruit and honeyed sweetness, and the finish is velvety, with a touch of vanilla and coastal freshness.
